They put the eggs Benedict on top of the potatoes which means the tates get all deliciously goopy. I like to go here when I drop my car off at jiffy lube; treat yo'self 2024.
Cafe Niche was a lovely way to enjoy a Sunday morning brunch. The Niche Sandwich was very flavorful and the aioli had a kick. The Cinnamon French Toast was also delightful and not too sweet, which was perfect. The service was great! Will be back!
Great food! Service was nice as well and the area is cute. The biscuit was soft and the gravy was tasty (and I don't even like gravy) the eggs were also cooked well. Their orange juice is also good
Checked our Café Niche for Brunch this week & I loved it! I went with a friend of mine, we were both craving brunch. Initially went to Café Trio because that's one of our favorites for brunch but they were only serving lunch. They recommended this place for us to try. It was so cute too! Not a lot of parking, mostly street parking but it worked out in our favor with it being a week day so there wasn't many people there. I think weekends here could get pretty busy. We started off with Peach Bellini's, one of our favorite drinks! For brunch, I ordered the Wild Mushroom Scramble with sour dough bread. This comes with an arugula salad & I am not an arugula girly. But I actually loved this salad! I really liked the dressing and romano cheese added to this salad. The sour dough bread was a great addition to this dish. I do wish it came with potatoes, I will likely order a side of potatoes next time but honestly I was pretty full after finishing this dish. My friend ordered the Niche Croque Madame with a side of fresh fruit and she really enjoyed this meal. Highly recommend both of these meals & checking out this place! I am looking forward to making this a regular brunch place in my routine!
This was our first stop when family picked us up from the airport -- one of my sister-in-law's favorite spots. The interior is cute and service was excellent! I had the breakfast sandwich which I really enjoyed but the side of miso mushroom soup was too salty for my liking. I really enjoyed the cheddar jalapeño biscuit that my husband got with his order.
Had a nice little brunch here. Honestly didn't get to experience the vibe of the place since we sat outside. But it was a lovely day and our server was kind, can't complain.
I really need to start taking photos of the food before I am finished eating it!! So yeah, if you want yelp worthy photos of anything besides the fresh fruit, don't come here already starving. Although, your order arrives extremely quick after put in your order. The staff are super friendly and very attentive. Ps. I'm always on the scout for a top notch matcha and this place delivers. I would definitely come here again.
A busy and popular cafe in a Slc neighborhood. We waited about 25 minutes to get seated, there was a line out the door after of people waiting to get seated. Their menu is pretty basic for breakfast, it has a lot of 'traditional' breakfast items (eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits, etc). The food came out warm and tasty. Everything was filling and tasted fresh. The hash browns were a bit bland, my friends and I were all putting on a bunch of salt. My only complaint is that I ordered a side of 1 egg and the waitress put the order in as two, so I got charged extra along with extra egg, and didn't know until I paid. The service isn't the best, we didn't get any water or juice refills the entire time we were there. No one checked up on us either. Also side note, it's a bit smoky in the restaurant, so your clothes and hair ends up smelling like food haha. Final note, parking is limited, so you may need to park on the street and walk a little bit.
Food Quality: 3.5/5 Service: 4/5 Cleanliness: 5/5 Value: 4/5 Tried out Cafe Niche and it was good. I didn't find anything "niche" about this place as the menu items were pretty standard brunch items - French toast, biscuits and gravy, eggs, bacon, sausage. We ordered the: Croque Madame - Grilled marble rye , daily's smoked ham, Crescenza cheese, Dijon aioli and 2 local eggs - flavors were good on the sandwich, but the side of hash browns were a bit soggy. Cinnamon French Toast - Cinnamon streusel, maple syrup and whip cream - I was really hoping to like this one except the syrup really ruined it with how overly sweet it was. I wish they would have put it on the side instead of letting the bread soak it all up. Niche breakfast - eggs, bacon, English muffin - nothing too crazy Biscuits and Gravy - House-made Cheddar jalapeno biscuit, sausage gravy and 2 local eggs. - lacked flavor and definitely missed the salt. We never got a water refill with our table of 5 as it seemed to have picked up quite a bit after we received our food. Overall, it was ok. Probably won't be going back anytime soon.
